Just what I was hoping for
I had been on the hunt for feather pendants that were dainty but sparkly. It was important that they also had presence when worn as they are to represent family members that had passed. Everything I found was either huge, over the top in design or fell flat on sparkle.
I found these KC Designs feather pendants online and always kept coming back to them. I asked customer service questions on several occasions and was always greeted quickly and my questions were thoroughly answered.
I just received them and let me just say they are just what I was hoping for! Actually even better than expected.

I hate going shopping, but that is the only way to get quick service. Purchasing an engagement ring at Prime Jeweler was like going to an actual retail store without the hassle of a sales person in your face making you feel really nervous. So don’t be shy to ask question over phone or email, the staff is very courteous and there to assist. The communication with staff was excellent and they were always prompt to answer any of my questions by phone and email. They helped me every step of the way making sure I had the right ring (I got a Valina ring which looks better than pictured) and gave great advice on which diamond to put on it. Thank you!

DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHER!!
Well here’s how my situation was… my girlfriend picked out the ring she wanted in a jewelry place in the mall around a year ago and she fell in love with it. I went back there later to see the price and with the diamond it was around $4000. I told them I was just thinking right now and would come back but I never did. I started to research the model of the ring online and I found Prime Jeweler. The ring she wanted was half the price with the diamond. I was very skeptical because this was a very large purchase to make online and I really didn’t want to lose my money. I eventually got the courage to order the ring and they said it wouldn’t get done for about a month because they had to make the ring and set the diamond. After about 3 weeks I received the ring and it was one of the best ones I’ve ever seen made. I was so amazed about the price of the ring and the quality of it that I couldn’t wait to propose. I thought I took a gamble with Prime Jeweler but now I know it was a for sure win for me. If you are in the shoes that I was in at the beginning of this process I wouldn’t even bother looking any further. I would definitely use Prime Jeweler again and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to save some money.
P.s. A month after I got the ring I proposed to my girlfriend and she said “Yes”. Thank you Prime Jeweler for making my proposal even more special to her.

We ordered my wedding ring from Prime Jewler and as I am based in the UK this had to be done completley via email and the website. They were very helpful and I felt that my transaction was very safe and secure. I was updated on the progress of my delivery and the ring was perfect when it arrived. It did get stopped by customs and we had to pay the british tax on it but we had anticipated that anyway.

First of all, the ENGAGEMENT RING is PERFECT! I purchased the Danhov Per Lei Heart Shape Halo Single Shank Engagement Ring because I saw it on the knot.com and brides.com. PRIMEJEWELER.COM and only a few other online jewelers carried this setting. Hands down when it comes to EXCELLENT service you only want to go to PRIME JEWELER! They not only had the BEST price but Nicole helped take away the stress of my procrastination and skepticism of making such a large personal purchase online. I had such a fantastic experience with prime jeweler, I don’t even know where to start. Obviously it was very nerve racking to make such a large purchase online, but the whole experience could not have been any easier.
Customer service was second to none, not to mention the outstanding good value against what is being charged by local jewelers; Nicole was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The ring arrived 1 week ahead of schedule, and looks stunning. Even better than I imagined. The box provided was very elegant, and everything was just so much better than I could ever have dreamed. Prime Jeweler- Wonderful experience buying a Sholdt engagement ring
I had a great experience purchasing an engagement ring from Prime Jeweler over the summer. I’m a guy in my mid-twenties who spent the better part of a month searching for rings and diamonds all over the web. I eventually became attached to a specific Sholdt setting (one of the Fremonts). None of the jewelers in my city (Philly) advertised that they carried Sholdt, so I decided on an internet purchase. Prime Jeweler had the lowest prices (I think the platinum setting I purchased was closer to 18k in price) on a huge range from this designer.
My process was complicated by the fact that I had decided to buy a diamond from another online retailer. Nicole, the contact I had with Prime Jeweler, was a great help in choosing a ring material and size. She contacted the designer to find out the alloy of the 18k version of the setting I was interested in (fiance has a reaction to nickel). She advised me to aim large for ring size, as it is easier to size down than up. She also helped me coordinate getting my diamond from the other retailer to the designer, and magically the ring appeared shortly after my order (I don’t remember the exact time frame, but it was significantly faster than that listed).
The setting was beautiful and looked great with the 2/3 carat diamond set in it. I did guess too large on the band size . But, one of the reasons I bought from Prime Jeweler is that they and the designer offered a free resize (good for my surprise proposal to my non-ring wearing girlfriend). The fiance and I went to a brick and mortar, got her finger sized, and sent the ring insured back to the designer. The shipping (to Seattle), resize, and ship back took maybe a week total. Awesome.

Oh, in regards to credit card vs paypal business-
I used a credit card. It worked fine (charge was temporarily frozen, but was credit card company’s fault not Prime’s).
Bottome line:
Nicole is great. Friendly and helpful by both phone and email.
Their prices are low.

Dreams Do Come True……
I am a lover of South Sea Pearls and when I came across earrings from the designer, Atelier Marisa, I just fell in love and ordered 2 pair. When I received them, I couldn’t get over how beautiful they were and the grade of pearl used was exceptional!! I thought…..hmmmm….WOW…I have never seen such magnificent south sea pearls and called Nicole at Prime Jewelers to make her absolutely crazy in the possibility in having a 24″ custom strand (with a custom length and custom diamond clasp). After all, I owned 5 strands……but nothing of the quality of the earrings. So I decided perhaps I would ask if I could have this quality of pearl made into a necklace.I was amazed at the kindness and patience of Nicole having to deal with my every detail. Every email and phone call (sometimes enough to make anyone turn to valium). From the size of the pearl, to the length, to the clasp (don’t get me started on the clasp)…….was returned immediately and (believe it or not…I couldn’t believe it)….nothing was a problem for her. If anyone was going to go crazy, it would have been Nicole…..but NO……nothing was a problem for her and I have to be honest when I tell everyone, that it was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a very expensive necklace……and custom to every detail. Nicole even contacted the Marisa (the designer) so many times on my behalf that I just couldn’t get over the kindess they both showed me.
When this magnificent necklace arrived at my door……it was my Birthday, Christmas and New Years all at once.

I would have never thought in a million years that someone I found over the internet would work with the designer personally and myself to create the most extraordinary 24″ strand of pearls.
I can’t begin to tell you how highly I recommend Nicole and Prime Jewelers (whether it be earrings or a very expensive strand of pearls, or any other purchase of fine, fine jewelry). Whatever you need, they can do it. I have dealt with many, many jewelers all over the world, and must be honest when I say that dealing with Nicole, Prime Jewelers was the best experience I have ever had!!!!!!

I recently purchased a Beverley K engagement ring from Prime Jeweler. My fiancé loved the ring! Prime Jeweler was great at answering my emails, quick to pick up a phone if I called and deliverly was as expected. I plan on coming back for the coordinating wedding band. We did experience a bit of a snafu when I attempted to pay the balance in that they could not get my Visa to go through and I had to go to their PayPal account, with the same Visa Card, and pay that way. Only a minor hassle but worth mentioning if you are not into that kind of payment service as I am not. I would certianly recommend Prime Jeweler to anyone!
